FAQ’s

  • Place your pad using the front elastic (power chair or scooter) or front velcro ties (manual wheelchairs) over the front of the seat with the care label to the back of your seat. For Lift Chair Pads: securely tuck into the sides of the lift chair otherwise pad will slip when lift chair is in fully upright position.

  • Use with confidence, because ShieldTek Pads immediately wicks moisture in and locks it away.

  • Machine washable on cold and delicate cycle with no pre-treatments. Our technology has odor, soil and stain resistance built in. Tumble dry and quick reuse. Best if you secure velcro ties together on wheelchair pads before washing.

  • The care label is the bottom side of pad which should go to the back of your seat or chair that you are covering.

  • ShieldTek Pads can hold up to 3X the amount of urine in a human ladder.
